Pie In A Cone grew out of Pies To Die For Café, a pie-focused business that Anthony & Jennifer Brocato was operating in the Lehigh Valley beginning in 2013. By 2016, the Pie In A Cone concept was being used commercially, and in 2017 Anthony was identified as its creator and began developing it as a dessert-truck experience.
What started as a different way to enjoy a slice of pie evolved into a mobile dessert experience—bringing pie, cones, ice cream and toppings to festivals, community events, celebrations and customers throughout the region.
Today, Pie In A Cone continues that idea: take something familiar, make it unexpected, and turn dessert into an experience.
